Field Clerk -
Arabi, LA
As a Field Clerk with Associated Terminals, you’ll play a key part in the flow of cargo from ship to shore. Working directly on barges, vessels, and terminals, you’ll track cargo, complete tallies and load lists, and help ensure everything is accounted for and in the right place. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys being out where the action happens. With opportunities to grow and learn on the job, it’s a strong entry point into the maritime industry.
Heavy Equipment Operator -
Arabi or Convent, LA
As a Heavy Equipment Operator at Associated Terminals, you’ll be at the center of our cargo handling operations—working with machinery like track hoes, loaders, bobcats, and more to safely move materials on docks, barges, and ships. This is a hands-on, all-weather role that requires skill, awareness, and a strong commitment to safety. Whether you’re loading cargo, assisting with crane operations, or performing routine maintenance, every day brings something new on the river.
Mechanic/Welder -
Myrtle Grove
As a Mechanic at Associated Terminals, you’ll be responsible for keeping our heavy equipment running safely and efficiently. From troubleshooting and diagnostics to preventative maintenance and repairs, your work helps power the operations that move cargo across the river. Welding experience is a plus, and a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and attention to detail is essential. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
